Weight of a Product
Newburysonline states weights to an item where possible, these weights are shown
as a guideline and are taken from the largest size that is avaiable.
It is not there as a guarantee of the weight to any size chosen,
it is simply there for a guideline to help with the overall description
of any given item, therefore a smaller sized item
will weigh less than the maximum size that is shown

Enquiries and Reservations
We offer a reservation service whereby we can exclusively reserve a product for you by removing it from the website for a set period of time, agreed upon in advance.
You are under no obligation to purchase this product before the agreed date, but please remember
that once this date has passed the item will be added to the website and made available to the public.
While every attempt is made to deliver goods within the estimated time, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Newburysonline.com do not warrant or guarantee the specified delivery date, and shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, expenses or other claims that you may incur as a result of late delivery. Once you have received your purchase, you become the owner of those items and they will be held at your own risk. We are not liable for their loss or destruction once they have been received by you.
All pieces come with a 30-day money-back guarantee return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund minus postage costs of £8.99, replacement or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
When returning an item to us it needs to be in its original, unused, unworn condition accompanied by all certification documents (valuation and diamond report if applicable) and its box or packaging. Items damaged due to client negligence will not be accepted for a refund.
Please note, depending on which payment method used, will depend upon how long an item may take to process your refund and may take upto 30 days for a refund to be processed successfully.
The customer must agree and accept payment of return postage costs
We will gladly re-size any item, free of charge at any time after your purchase. Please email us at email@example.com before returning your item for re-sizing and state the desired size to make sure we can do this for you. Some items can only be made within specific size ranges, and others can be specially made but this will take longer to return to you.
All items over the value of £65.00 must be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery which ensures there is proof of delivery. Please insure the item for its maximum value.
Items with a value less than £65.00 must be returned via Royal Mail First Class Recorded.
If the item you received was a special order you will only be able to return it to us if it is faulty, as it will have been specially made and cannot be resold.
Refunds will be made deducting postage and administration costs of £8.99
Update as from 5.03.2020
As of March, 5th 2020, these changes will go into effect globally.
In line with industry practice and according to our updated policy, we will not charge a fee to process refunds, however fees from the original transaction will not be returned. This policy will not apply to duplicate transactions or voids.
In alignment with industry practice all refunds to the customer will now lose the payment charge to credit companies that the retailer outlets have to pay on a payment made to them from a credit provider this includes but not only credit card payments, amazon credit or paypal. Example is if an item costs £1000.00 the retail outlet will be charged a 2.5% selling fee for the transfer of payment from customers credit payment to retailers payment system which includes insurance of the sale, as of the 5:03:2020 all credit payments in accordance with the Wordwide credit Regulator will stop reimbursing the payment charge back to the retailer, thefore all refunds as of the 5:03:2020 will now be stopped the credit payment charge the retailer as to pay for the credit payment transaction as well as the postage cost we the reailer have to make for the item to the customer.
